ABOUT

My name is Will Long and I am a Special Education Advocate, helping families prepare and participate in IEP meetings.

As a member of the disability community I had an IEP growing up and know first hand how exhausting and confusing this process can be. In my  20's I was a peer mentor for Autistic artists in LA and San Francisco. After completing the Advocacy training through the Council for Parent and Attorney Advocates, I did my practicum with Community Alliance for Special Education in San Francisco, where I now work as a full fledged Advocate. I am also an employee at Family Resource Navigators in San Leandro, where I work in the Family Empowerment Center, serving all Alameda County families who have children with disabilities.

My private practice, Long Advocacy, is offering comprehensive Special Education advocacy to achieve the most appropriate individualized plan for your child.
